All are available at the following rates: $20 up to 25 words, plus 10¢ for each additional word + tax.
If a photo is involved in the announcement, the rate becomes $25 up to 25 words, plus 10¢ for each additional word + tax .
Passport Photos and other forms of photo I.D. can be done conveniently at The Victoria Standard office, for a cost of $15 plus tax. Call for an appointment!
Colour & Black and White Photo Copying is available at The Victoria Standard. We can do batch jobs as well as individual pages. Why travel as far away as North Sydney when you can get it done right here in Baddeck?
Back Issues - A good portion of The Victoria Standard has been archived to CD format, at least from a point in time that the technology became available to us. Approximately two thirds of all the issues published have been archived. Although it's not a searchable archive from outside, it can be done internally by staff and might require a bit of time to search out and gather requested stories or photos. Thus, depending on the amount of time needed to access files, there might be a small fee required for the service. There are, as well, hard copies of each issue, making available a 'hands-on' search capability.
